Partners

ASSA has developed a great number of projects since 2001 and has an extensive network of partners and collaborators encompassing international organizations, national and local institutions and NGOs in various sectors.

Presently at national level ASSA has contacts and collaboration with the following institutions:

  • Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth and ASCAP Agency Quality Assurance in Pre-university Education in the frame of teachers’ professional development, teacher training curricula, social-emotional learning, child wellbeing, prevention of school dropout, children with special needs etc.
  • Universities in respective areas: Tirane, Korce, Elbasan, Shkoder.

Previously ASSA has collaborated with the following institutions at national level:

  • Ministry of Social Wellbeing and Youth
  • Ministry of Public Works
  • Institute of Public Health
  • Municipality of Tirana
  • Agency for the Support of Civil Society

At regional and local level ASSA has established contact and collaboration with local institutions and NGOs, in particular for Korca, Tirana, Elbasan:

  • Regional Education Directories of Korca, Durres, Fier and Lezhe;
  • Local Educational Offices and schools (including parents and community members)
  • Municipality of Tirana;
  • Various local NGOs working in social and education field, as well as Roma NGOs and activists in Lezha, Korce, Elbasan.

ASSA has had the opportunity to closely cooperate with different international partners such as:

UNICEF, UNDP, Open Society Foundation, Olof Palme Center, World Bank, European Commission, German Caritas etc.
